Location is a bonus: just in front of Cristo del Sagrada Corazon statue.

Everyone enjoyed their time at the resort.
Restroom was an issue. First toilet had flushing issues (which was fixed promptly) Second shower had no hot water. At all. It was too late to call someone about it. ️

Staff is always attentive and very nice. The food is really good. It’s very clean and the rooms have a great view.
When taking a shower, the water splashes out of the shower. There is no door or curtain. It splashes outside of the shower and the water doesn’t drain. There is a big puddle of water by the toilet. I had to use the towels to be able to walk and use the restroom. (Room308). The parking lot needs to be fixed.
